HealthGap AI was born from a simple observation:

HealthGap AI was founded by Marimer Cruz, a licensed insurance professional who has spent years helping individuals and families navigate healthcare and financial protection options. After seeing many people fall between Medicaid, Marketplace plans, employer coverage, and affordability challenges, she created HealthGap AI to help people identify healthcare resources and navigate complex healthcare decisions.
